What is your name, and where are you from?
My name is Kervin Rubi Rojas, and I hail from the charming town of Herradura.
Could you please tell us about your role in the company?
I proudly serve as a Mate, a position that keeps me closely connected to all of the action!
What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
To me, the beauty of this job lies in absolutely everything it entails. From the unique conditions of working on a yacht to the thrill of each fishing adventure, there's a constant sense of fulfillment.
Have you encountered any challenges in your line of work?
Thankfully, I haven't faced any significant challenges thus far. It's been a smooth sailing journey for me!
In your opinion, what is the most crucial skill for success in your field?
Commitment is critical. Being wholly dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests is a cornerstone of success in this industry.
Beyond work, what do you enjoy doing in your leisure time?
Outside of work, I find spend much of my time in the comforts of home. It's where I can unwind and recharge.
Could you share an interesting hobby or passion you have?
Surfing is my enduring passion, a hobby that has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
When did you first realize that this was the career for you?
All my life! From a young age, I knew that being part of the maritime world was my destiny.
What unique value do you believe you bring to the team, something no one else can provide?
My youth injects a refreshing energy into our team, fostering a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.
In your opinion, what is the most significant skill you bring to the table?
Charisma is a quality that I believe sets me apart. It helps me connect with people on a deeper level and create memorable experiences.
What aspect of working here do you cherish the most?
The people I meet every day! Building connections and friendships with our clients and coworkers is an awesome aspect of my job.
