One aspect I find most gratifying about my job is the continuous learning experience it provides, with a particular focus on expanding my knowledge of fishing, understanding our diverse clientele, and refining my language skills.

The challenges I've encountered revolve around the essential element of camaraderie. Navigating and fostering strong connections within the team has been a pivotal aspect of my journey.

Effective communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues is fundamental to providing exceptional service.
What leisure activities do you engage in outside of your professional realm?
Outside of the workplace, I love to explore new destinations, particularly beaches and waterfalls.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine.

The desire to pursue my current path came to be at the age of 12 when I discovered that my father served as a mate. This revelation ignited my passion for the industry and set me on the course I am on today.

I believe that my character is the most significant skill I contribute. A strong and positive character serves as the foundation for creating meaningful relationships with my team and our clients.

A cherished memory for me is experiencing the collective dedication that permeates the team when the high season begins. The shared commitment and enthusiasm create a vibrant and energizing atmosphere that stays with me.
What aspect of your work here do you derive the greatest satisfaction from?
Everything about working here is fascinating. It's a realization that I am working for a company that I once dreamed about being a part of. I love everything that I do. The combination of sport fishing, learning a second language, and customer service makes me excited to come to work every day.
