This month, we’re thrilled to highlight Anthony Santos, a dedicated member of our team who serves as Mate on the Super Fly. His passion for his work truly shines, and he embodies the spirit of patience and vigilance—essential qualities that guide him in every task he undertakes.

Anthony has a deep appreciation for the wonders of the ocean, especially the majestic marlin, which he describes as one of nature's true marvels. His enthusiasm for Costa Rica is contagious; he highly recommends exploring the breathtaking canopy tour and the vibrant Tárcoles River, where visitors can fully experience pura vida in every corner.

In addition to his impressive skills on the water, Anthony is known for his near-native English proficiency, which enhances communication with our guests and ensures they feel welcome and at ease. He’s also the life of the party, bringing joy and energy to every event, and he excels at public speaking, making him a natural when it comes to engaging with our guests.

A food enthusiast at heart, Anthony loves sharing traditional Costa Rican dishes, particularly homemade tortillas cooked over an open flame and delicious picadillo de papa. He believes that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life, and his positive attitude radiates throughout the team.
