I proudly serve as the First Mate on Sea Fly.

Where are you from?
I hail from the enchanting town of Puerto Jiménez in the picturesque Zona Sur region.

What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy the most about my job is the opportunity to share incredible adventures with new people.

What challenges have you faced in this work?
One of the main challenges I've encountered in this line of work is the need for patience, especially when dealing with various situations that arise when coordinating with my teammates.

What do you think is the most important skill that a successful professional should have in your field?
In my opinion, being a successful professional in my field requires being a kind and fun person, while also demonstrating utmost responsibility in all aspects of the work. We have a responsibility to keep our charter guests safe so it is a delicate balance.

Describe an interesting hobby you have.
One of my interesting hobbies is dancing, which I truly enjoy. Additionally, spending quality time with my family is something I cherish.

What's a dream you want to make come true one day?
One of my biggest dreams is to become a boat captain. It would be a significant achievement for me.

What's something surprising that not many people know about you?
Not many people know that I am always eager to help others. It's something I take pride in.

When did you first know you wanted to do this?
I realized I wanted to pursue a career in fishing from the very first time I experienced it.

What value have you added to this team that no one else can?
I believe that my sense of fun and kindness towards customers adds a unique value to the team.

What do you think is the most important skill you bring to the table?
My ability to get along with clients is a crucial skill that helps me carry out my work in the best possible way.

What is your favorite memory of working at the company?
My favorite memory of working at the company is the day I started my journey here. It holds a special place in my heart.

The camaraderie among colleagues is what I enjoy most about working here. We truly support and care for one another.

Certainly! My name is Rudy Arguedas Chavarría.

What do you like most about your job?
There are three things I love about my job. Firstly, it has allowed me to provide for my family. Secondly, every day I feel myself growing as a professional. Lastly, I am fulfilling a dream by doing what I love.

What challenges have you faced in this work?
Throughout my journey, I've faced and overcome various challenges. Learning to be responsible, overcoming shyness, and striving to be better than myself are some of the hurdles I conquered.

What do you think is the most important skill that a successful professional should have in your field?
Responsibility, commitment, effective communication, and the ability to listen and learn are vital skills for a successful professional in charter fishing. Competing against oneself and striving to improve every day are equally crucial.

Describe an interesting hobby you have.
An interesting hobby of mine is riding a motorcycle, and I often share this hobby with my wife, making it even more enjoyable.

What's a dream you want to make come true one day?
One of my greatest dreams is to participate in the best fishing tournaments both inside and outside my country. Following in my father's successful footsteps would be a dream come true.

What's something surprising that not many people know about you?
Many people might not be aware of my strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, which drive me to excel in my role.

When did you first know you wanted to do this?
In 2017, I realized that pursuing a career in fishing would lead me to a path of success, and that's when I knew I wanted to do this.

What value have you added to this team that no one else can
I believe that my unwavering determination to achieve my goals, regardless of my age, adds a unique value to the team.

What do you think is the most important skill you bring to the table?
My passion for fishing and my dedication to becoming the best in my field are the most important skills that I bring to the table.

What is your favorite memory of working at the company?
My favorite memory at the company is when we won the Rock star in Quepos. It was a moment of immense pride and joy for all of us.

What I enjoy most about working here is the opportunity to fish and learn more every day. It keeps me motivated and engaged in my profession.
